Just make sure that your ongoing flights between HKG and SIN is on SQ but booked in K class. The fare / fare basis is the same. You just don't have to put up with AC's codeshare.. which honestly does nothing to the fare. On LH flights, whatever LH is booked into is what AC books into. I was on a LH fare in V class just last week.. and booked it on a codeshared LH number but operated as AC flight. The LH V class translates into AC V class which is T+. Yea ! Full miles.
That at least is consistent.
