Hi Guys, We wanted to request bassinet for our 6 month old but were told by the agent that the best he can do is request it and we have to request it again at the time of checking in at the airport. It just depends on the airline to give us one or not and there are no guarantees. Has that been your experience as well? What can I do to make sure we get one? Thank you.
