Seat selection via manage my booking
During the booking process I was unable to secure seat selection on LHR AMS KUL AMS LHR in business class . As there were only 2 seats left I concluded the booking on line to secure the price . I returned after getting the booking locator to " manage my booking " after going through the seat selection process for all 4 segments , the continue button was blanked out , so I was unable to secure any seat selection .
Have any other users expereinced this ? I checked my browser settings , so is this a glitch ? I will no doubt call KLM tomorrow - just wondering if any other members have experienced the same problem .
