Originally? Good question - I booked 7 September, so I don't recall at this point. I think I got the number from the AMEX PTS site. (The individual did give me the 297-5627 number to call, from what I can see of my notes).

Does the AMEX PTS number divert to the other after a period of time?

Thanks for the reply; I have been confused over this and the lack of records / information integration.
