I thought I would add to the database.

Last Sat: CLE-IAH 5:50 AM flight
Breakfast was either cold cereal or breakfast sandwich. It did not look like the one above. It was a croissant with an egg (preprocessed as above) with a piece of breakfast meat (Canadian bacon?) and cheese which was heated and melted. I thought the sandwich quite tasty, but you could not pick it up with your hands (too gooey and hot). The other items were the same (yogurt and fruit) and they passed around a bread basket with sweet rolls or croissants as well. This meal beat the heck out of the previously unloved and boring cheese omelet and potatoes of yesteryear.

IAH-SEA: lunch flight
This was a choice of a salad with a chicken breast or a beef "wrap" which was heated and served with a taco type sauce. It also came with a fruit salad and a cup of cream of asparagus soup. I have not been disappointed with CO's soups in the past and this was just as good. I was really surprised to see it back, since I have not had soup served to me all year (and that is a lot of flights). They also served hot nuts in a ramekin (a la UA of old) and dessert was hot cookies. They even had the napkins with the button hole for the shirt (another UA feature). The only thing lacking in presentation is the tablecloth. I think they could provide one for an almost 4 hour flight.

Meal grade is A-.
