What 3-browser? If you don't have an EIN you will get denied by SPG business for duplicate application anyway and will have to call. It doesn't matter how it's done.

Applying for a card that doesn't have a great sign up bonus--especially with a low monthly spend like yours and limited time frame--is a waste of pull, time, and brand, IMHO, and by brand I mean you can only have so many Amex cards total. There are much more valuable Amex products than BCP, but it's up to you, of course.
