I think most of the meeting rooms in jfk, will be part of a lounge, most or all of which are NOT landside.
As FWAAA already has pointed out, unless things have changed, non-travelers can arrange meetings in conference rooms at AA's Admirals Club, and AA will arrange for participants to get through security. From the link provided in FWAAA's post:

And anyone can book a meeting at an Admirals Club location - and you don't even have to be traveling. We can arrange access for non-traveling conference room attendees (with the exception of Tokyo Narita).
