TY bonus points for checking acct missing - who to call?
Hi,
I openened a checking account with citi on 7/31 to take advantage of the 20K bonus Thank You point offer. The points were supposed to post within 90 day, but I still don't see them in my TY account. Who do I call/email to make sure they do post?
