I'm currently not a BAEC member but wish to convert some points to BA for redeeming from BLI to Hawaii. Reading this thread shows many people redeeming BLI-HNL for 25K round trip. Has anyone been able to book BLI-OGG, since Alaska Air now has direct service AS807/808 from Nov 2012 to April 2013. I checked the BA Avios website and the calculator shows 12500 for BLI-HNL but get the error "no mileage held for this location pair with Amadeus" for BLI-OGG. It works fine for SEA-OGG for 12500. I'm looking to redeem 4 award tickets during Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr of 2013.
