I've spent several night at this location in 2012, so I thought I'd update for a more recent review.
The hotel location is decent if you need/want to be near the airport. If you are trying to visit Mumbai proper then the location is far away from most tourist locations. IF you love adventure AND are willing to brave the streets it is more friendly for walkers than other airport hotels. Just across the street is a movie theatre. A Pizza Hut, Dominoes and Subway are all very close. If you take a left out the front gate you can experience a street market nearly every evening and Sat/Sun mornings. There are also a fair number of restaurants in close proximity. The city is extending the metro, so soon (current estimates are summer 2013) there will be a metro stop very close to the hotel - for the REALLY adventurous who choose to brave trying the Mumbai trains. Security at the hotel is on par with similar classes. A room key is required to access your floor from the elevator.
The hotel itself is very upscale for a Courtyard. The common areas - pool, gym - are nice. The hotel boasts a spa in progress, but there's no sign it will be open soon. The Momo Cafe has standard breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet selection for big chain hotels in Mumbai - it includes mostly Indian with chinese and continental fares. It also serve a la carte items. There is a very good Thai restuarant Red Zen on property. The standard room is nice for Courtyard and average size for the city. If you can get the Courtyard Suite do it - it's a 1 bedroom with separated living area that includes a deep soaker jacuzzi tub with a spacious bathroom.Water is provided in the room, but no fresh fruit. The club does keep fruit, along with a selection of teas, coffee, fruit juices, sodas, and cold water available throughout the day. The executive louge is more than decent. It has a great outdoor seating area - it's a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoor sounds, but beware it is a designated smoking area. Breakfast is not served there. Light snacks and drinks, including a good selection of alcohols are served from 6-9P. The hotel staff is great and very personnable (from the security guards out front all the way to housekeeping) - just remember it is a 4+* hotel. Their hospitality meets the standard of most 4-5* properties found in India.
The major minuses

- construction is going on the adjacent property, that creates some daytime noise. The actual construction of the hotel has some flaws too-very thin walls - which is an irritation if you have neighbors that like a loud TV - (however I find this to be true for a lot of high end properties in Indian in general). Also sometimes there is a sour odor in the halls - the hotel seems to more or less effectively manage with dehumidifiers and incense.
Overall I think the property does a good job for the price.^
