This promo works for Premium Outlets and Preit Malls, which are all owned by the same group that owns Simon. Just be sure to add the relevant promo to your card on AMEX Sync. If you have more than one of the above in your area (for example, a Simon mall and a Premium Outlet) you can get one of each per card.
