I have always been offered a private screening - I guess Im not attractive enough to gawk at....oh well...
To qualify as a newspaper (giving leeway that the column was written by a 'guest essayist' - which I take to mean someone who walked in off the street...) the article should at least have pointed out that the current policy allows both a private screening and a witness to the screening.
Instead, it chose a prurient, sensationalist view unworthy of print journalism.
The Constitutional violation position is shared by a distinct minority. Good luck with that in the courts.
