Europe isn't that big; there might be a handful (10%? 20%) that long, certainly not "tons"; the vast majority are in the 2-3 hour range, a range where in the US you often get an RJ.

Those are regional configurations, which are typically used on flights of up to 4-5 hours. I can't come up with a single 6+ hour CX or SQ or AI or MH flight (and certainly not on routes between two business cities) that's on a regional configuration; maybe there are some in mainland China. Do you have any examples?
