When you say "Most Exclusive" what do you really mean?

a) Exclude all the "regular" folks
b) so far out of the way, only those with huge amounts of money and time can make it, since it takes multiple flights to even get there.
c) are very small, excluding almost everyone, unless you're lucky
d) Are most booked, so you have to make reservations well in advance to even get a room.
