I don't think that is particularly relevant. After all, there are tons of 3-4 hour intra-European flights where business class is a coach seat with an empty middle, often with no or limited extra legroom. When will Europe catch up with
us?
And FWIW, I don't think that many intra-Asia flights, even 5-6 hour ones, have lie-flats in J. Deep recliners (maybe 45-55" pitch) that are better than domestic U.S. F yes, but not lie-flats.
