I did the HNL-IAH flight in C last night. You get the BF pillows/blankets which is nice; on SFO-HNL on the 76H it was just the domestic F blanket. I skipped dinner but it sounded like it was "steak or pasta" which was the same as the outbound from SFO. Just a regular domestic F meal. Mai Tais were catered in both directions.

For F on the HNL-IAH flight the meal choices were the same. I don't think there was anything different other than the seat.
