Sorry if posting to the wrong forum but thought many readers will be accustomed to JFK.

I need to rent a small conference room ideally at the JFK airport (any terminal). Have looked around but can't find anything. Are any of the close by hotels the best bet or are there any airport facilities available?

Need it to be land side as my guests will depart from different terminals.
