I booked a flight as part of my oneworld award booking all in business class. However, for my flight from KIX to HND, I was told there are only economy seats. Looking at the seat map, it's not a 100% economy flight, as I was told. Is there anyway to switch to business seats? Thanks!

There are other threads if you want more details, but JAL doesn't release J inventory for awards (unless your ticket is entirely domestic, in which case you will be charged 12,500 miles o/w). According to the JAL website, you can ask about paying 1000 yen to upgrade your economy seat. Raw deal, but no way around it!
