Not a direct comparison but a few weeks ago we were booked on a CE flight and the aircraft was replaced by a Titan piece of metal with only one class (and it wasn’t club!). We were told that unless we actually flew in the cabin booked we wouldn’t get the TPs so we switched our flight from LGW to LHR to get the points.
