Given the dire offerings in CE for extended breakfast and afternoon tea, how about ordering a special meal? Are there any that are more substantial and worth getting? I chose kosher on a Band 3b flight last time and was underwhelmed with the quality, but the quantity was decent. For some reason, I was hoping to get a plate of smoked salmon, but ended up with some mystery meat instead.
