Quick hypothetical situation. In a few weeks I'm booked to fly MCI-DFW-LHR. The DFW-LHR portion is on BA metal in WTP. What happens if my AA feeder flight is late and I get bumped to one of the later AA metal flights? (There is only one BA flight and it is the first one of the evening.) Lacking premium economy, I'm assuming that AA would accommodate us in Y rather than J. That would suck of its own right, but would we at least get WTP tier points & Avois for having paid for that ticket? Does anyone have experience with such a situation?
