I would do Calgary first because it involves driving; you don't want to do this when you have just returned from Asia. If you must connect in YVR anyway, doing it before or after Korea could depend on the convenience of the flight schedules and connection times. In either direction, the Vancouver stop will lessen the number of time zones for jet lag between home and Korea.
