Lunch on the 10th would be my preference: I'm usually more coherent after a night sleeping in a hotel bed, rather than an airplane seat. Though I will hopefully be up for (early) evening drinks on the 9th.

And thanks for the heads up re: possible unrest on the 11th, MichalFKowalik, I'll try to see everything I want in the city center on the 10th and things not-right-in-the-center on the 11th.
