Can someone explain the spacing on the 763? (I did not have a tape measure)

Row 11 has huge leg room?

There's approximately 12 inches between the wall and the seats in row 13.
The seat only reclines approx 6 inches wasting alot of space that could have been used for row 12 and 13 legroom?


Does not appear to be good spacing. Any comments?
