perhaps the most totally screwed up DL flight in my 3 million miles.

Announcements stopped over an hour ago. The problem is balancing the fuel among the various tanks, and so far, they've spent 3 1/2 hours trying to do this.

Makes you wonder about actual flight operations. ???

Rolling delays, flight crew members leaving - with luggage, and everyone is clueless.

Giving people meal vouchers but then saying we may leave soon. Internet updates are MUCH better than anything we are receiving on board.

Totally embarrassed for an airline that I greatly admire. This would be shameful for some cheap startup airline.
