Righto!
This morning, I picked up a $19 GAS AKL-WLG. Tried to pay with POLi. No go; the error message indicated my bank had changed a page. Screen scrapers - gotta love 'em.

Funny though, it worked fine with JQ at the weekend...
After several attempts, I paid with a credit card
Anyhoo, I decided to see if I could get the $4 surcharge waived. No go, even after escalation

They offered me either:
1) Full refund. Um, nope; like I'm going to get the same fare again.
2) Pay with AP$. Um, nope. No SP.
I offered instead to pay by Internet banking, cash, cheque, DD, even retry POLi. Were any of these options acceptable to them? Were they hell!
So, they get yet more publicity here instead. Tui billboard of the day: "Air New Zealand give courtesy credits." "Yeah right!"
For the record, the POLi helpdesk came across as pretty proactive when I contacted them.
