Hi,

I'm trying to book a multi-destination trip in different classes, so cannot book online. One of those legs is in business on an "Instant Upgrade" fare. Since I cannot book online (on AA.com or any OTA I know of), I called the EXP desk. After first quoting me a price 4x higher than what ITA shows for the exact same trip, she also told me that they cannot book the fare class I was looking for.

Does this make sense? Doesn't to me. Anyone have experience booking these fares over the phone?
