I was lured to their booth by the promise of a free gift, because I was a valued diamond member. It was very hard for the sales people to understand I wasn't interested at all in buying a timeshare, let alone at an overseas property. It took about ten minutes before I received the free gift: a HGVC Orlando reusable shopping bag, a 50 cent value. I'm using it for laundry during my trips. It's very lightweight and convenient, and can be left in the laundry room. When you return after 40 minutes it will still be there.
