What I would like to know is: are there any legal remedies that you could be pursuing against these airline employees?

[edit] I just realized that it would be poetic justice to see what happens to the unlucky employee to run into a high-ranking Scientologist. Given their nature of using aggressively vexatious litigators against innocent people, maybe the hapless personnel and his/her airline will get hauled into court one day as a result of an airport "run-in".
