Reciprocal doesn't always mean free. In this case, reciprocal means reciprocal eligibility. But unlike the absurd feed for Privium, the fee to add South Korea's SES is only $100 for 5 years. I imagine UK IRIS and Germany's system will be similar. Privium is run by a private company and is expensive for the Dutch as well.
