I wouldn't worry about it. Ever since switching over to the new web interface a few weeks ago, any point accrual, whether from a stay, partner points, or other source, is goofed up for a few days after posting. Account point total is correct, but details of additions don't show...or a stay will post but show no points. The system auto-corrects itself within a few days. Typical HH.
