I've seen this with points where the property has moved things around on folios in a way that 'hides' the spend. I'm not sure if this has hidden the stay credit as well.

Typical scenario for me is back-back single night stays where night one is moved to night two for payment purposes. The way it is transferred doesn't pick up points for HH or Fixed airline miles re that first night.

EDIT: Sometimes the property has sorted it out if I'm staying the following week and ask them what happened, and other times the Diamond Desk have put the points and credits right while I'm on the call to them.

This is after giving it a week or so to post/catch-up of course.
