If they do not clean them I think UA should block off some restorooms for females only as male passengers do not seem to be able to keep a restroom clean.
From what I have seen, on air planes and at the business I own, the exact opposite is true.

that's what soap, water, and hand sanitizers are for... I guess you just have to trust they use them.
