How long ago did the stays occur? I ask because I had the same problem with a couple of stays recently. When I called the Diamond Desk after several days they asked me to wait a few more days because there were some problems with the website. Sure enough, the points posted a couple of days later.

Edited to add: I guess I should also ask what type of rate you paid and where the stay was booked. That can affect whether you get points -- although as a Diamond you may already know that.
