This is my first post. I have been lurking on this website for awhile, and I have an issue that some of you may be familiar with.

As many of you do, I travel for work a good bit and typically stay in Hampton Inns. I easily make Diamond status every year because I am traveling around in a territory in a given week and may stay 3-4 nights in 3-4 different hotels, each one of those qualifying as a "stay".

Anyways, a couple of my recent stays I haven't gotten credit for. The stay shows up in my www.hilton.com account, but it says something to the effect of "Points Earned - 0". Any ideas on why this may be happening ? Do some of the Hampton Inns not give out Hilton points ? If that is the case, then I will no longer be staying there and will be writing the manager of that specific location a letter explaining so.
