Only suite upgrade certs can be used at the Kea Lani.( And youŽd only be able to apply the cert if the hotel allows upgrades from a partial ocean view suite to an ocean view suite as certs can only be applied towards certain suite categories)
Thanks for clarifying. I just spoke with reservations and they allowed me to stack two suite upgrade certificates to go from a Partial Ocean View to an Ocean View to a Deluxe Ocean View. I hope using the two certificates will be worth it.
Are you (or anyone else) able to give me recommendations on requests for specific rooms/floors or areas of the hotel that will provide the best experience during my stay? Are some rooms recently renovated and have better amenities/furnishings?
