Long delay. Access to lounge?
Hi all,

I am currently stuck at T5 waiting to board my delays flight to LAX.
Do you think we should be able to get access to the lounge in block B?
Just asked and got fobbed off without even checking my status ( I'm bronze flying WT+)

(This is not really a rant, I'm just very bored :-) !)
