Thanks all for the responses. This was exactly the feedback I was looking for.
As it turns out: I guess I was "impatient". I waited the 10 days, and my points didn't post, and my nickname was on the res, so I posted this Q.
Two days later, and the points DID post without any intervention from me.
Just a little slow processing the points this time at the hotel (which I've stayed at several other times this year).
