This does happen sometimes, generally it will clear after a few hours. Indeed there may be an equipment change (or some other configuration issue) but I wouldn't worry too much. This is more likely if you have a connecting flight, where the second flight has not been fully mapped yet.
There is one aspect which is worth checking, are you sure your booking has been ticketed? If you only made one booking and no changes, and you have in your emails or travel agents data a ticket number (normally beginning 125) then you are fine. Sometimes a failure at OLCI reveals a hold up with ticket issue, especially if you have changed the booking subsequent to the initial booking. Having said that, the error at OLCI is typically different to the one you report.
I should also point out that this error has happened to me when I've been OpUp'ed, but please don't get your hopes up!
