Listening to NPR this morning, they said the gasoline issue is not a shortage of supply, but problems with delivery. Many of the depots where the trucks reload their gas have no power, so they're out of service. And many stations have no power, so even with full tanks, they are out of service too. Get the power back on, and most of the gasoline problems will be solved too.
