This seems pretty straightforward. Time change from Ottawa to Calgary is 2 hrs and from Calgary to Vancouver is 1 hr. You should have little problems with jet lag visiting the two places first. The time change from Vancouver to Seoul is 16 hrs ahead which your body thinks is 8 hrs behind. It is easier to adjust if the new location is "behind" the old location.
So for two reasons, you should do Calgary and Vancouver first, since 1) you will hardly be jetlagged at all there, and 2) the jet lag going from the west coast of North America to Asia is easier to adjust to than going from Asia to the west coast of North America. This will eliminate jet lag at the 1st two stops and minimize it at the 3rd. If you do it in reverse, it will maximize the difficulties at all three locations.
