No - On Fri, I normally on the SFO-IAH flt around 11:15 - 11:30 departure

1st or last row in FC or even in E+ is based on the exit door, since I have a very close connection in IAH, and every minute counts
If you are looking for meal choice, then sit as close as you can to the front.
4-5. On IAD-SFO there was no greeting, no asking about beverages, even water. Someone came by to take up coats just before pushback
I always have been offered a beverage prior to taking off when if FC, I have the boarding process down pat for my SOF and IAH boarding, that I'm normally among the 1st three (when no GS is around) that the FA are sometime not prepared (putting their stuff away, in the back of the plane, etc) when we board.
