To visit three cities, what would be the best order for jet lag avoidance?
Hello,
I'm planning a trip to Seoul, Vancouver and Calgary from Ottawa in May 2013. I'm wondering which cities I should be doing first taking jet lag into consideration. Calgary will involve some road trips and my husband will be driving. We will spend a week in Seoul so this will give us enough time to recover from jet lag. 3 days in Vancouver and 3 days in Calgary.

Is it better we do Calgary and Vancouver first, then Seoul
or Seoul, then Vancouver and Calgary.

If you've flown Vancouver to Seoul and back, how was the jet lag in both cities?
