As Johan knows: I have been called a a Dr many a time on flights and even as a Dr helping out and missing most of my J class service rarely get compensated; I got a pen for the last one: I missed two meals and spent hours on a galley floor; (notKLM). However I have had two psychotic patients on KLM flights both of whome I heavily sedated with the help of the crew; one had to be sat on as she was trying to get out of the plane and had cut her wrists. was there no dr on board??!
