"Hiddy, no that is not the case. And he is absolutely, not a poor chap. In actual fact he is a disgrace and embarrassment to the airline and anyone else in a similar situation may have been denied boarding by this guy."

Given that you won't tell us what he actually did wrong (short of not asking for your passport), that all just seems a bit, um... emotional.
