Can't answer all your questions but you seem to have put together a decent itinerary yourself. ^
EZE-AEP ground connections are never easy to predict although if your UA flight arrives on time then you shouldn't have too many problems.....fingers crossed.
I suggest you do try and get on the earlier flight to AEP from USH as it will allow you to arrive at your hotel a couple of hours earlier. No guarantee that AR will accommodate you but definitely worth asking.
The tango show and parrilla tour sound interesting...do report back and post a review. ^
As for your jacket there are numerous outlets but Carpincho specialise in what you're looking for. Prices have risen over the last few years so they aren't quite the bargain they used to be although quality is what counts.
