Good luck squaring this circle; we had a look at similar last year, and ultimately gave up. I think schools are the biggest problem; finding a decent school with available places without throwing crazy money at the problem is the trickiest part of the puzzle (given that you haven;t had the kids on a waiting list since conception), so I would put that foremost in your thinking.
