For safety in CPT, I would say totally ok as long as you move around touristic area
such as waterfront and city centre. Of course there are some "unsafe places" somewhere
in the city which I am really unaware, however, my wife and my impressions on CPT is
entirely safe when you have basic, minimum common sense.
