Just arrived in Miami from Rio on TAM 8056. No wonder why people prefer to fly AA on this route! They fly an old 767, apparently formerly Alitalia. I was in C: old and tired seats, no personal video, you can feel the shell of the seat while trying to sleep. Crew tried their best, but also catering was forgettable at best.
This should be an important route for TAM, but this way they will further lose business.
And BTW, I hope GIG get some work done before World Cup and Olympics!
