The left luggage is perfectly efficient, we dropped bags there in the evening, did a positioning flight to Europe, then started the trip, picked up and checked in the bags at LHR for the other two legs,
Likewise coming back we checked the bags for 2 sectors and collected them at LHR, toddled them down to Left luggage again and picked them up at the end of the day when back from the hop to Europe and back
